Henning Koppel Centerpiece Bowl, model #980 Georg Jensen Denmark, c. 1948 sterling silver 15"w x 15.75"d x 6.25"h An early and important example from the first five years of production. The massive Centerpiece Bowl is an exceptional example of Danish silver work. Koppel's fluid designs are icons of mid-century form. A pristine example, signed with impressed factory marks: [Georg Jensen Sterling Silver Denmark 980 A].
