Pinhead head nails in custom frame used in the production of the Anthony Hickox directed horror film 'Hellraiser III: Hell on Earth' (1992), where an investigative reporter must send the newly unbound Pinhead and his legions back to Hell.
Starring Doug Bradley, Terry Farrell, Paula Marshall, and Kevin Bernhardt. Series creator Clive Barker reprised his role as executive producer.
