Yes, that's Mickey Rooney on the cover, and while a star pic on the cover often meant non-fiction inside, this series was actually an all-comics affair. Oddly enough, while this was published by Family Comics (aka Harvey), inside there's a story featuring Rocketman and Rocketgirl, whom we know from Chesler's <B>Scoop Comics</B></I>. Overstreet 2006 VF 8.0 value = $438.
