In part: “I deem it an honor to accept your invitation to join the honorary committee which is being formed to commemorate the 150th anniversary of the Bill of Rights.” Central horizontal and vertical fold, one through a single letter of signature, office stamp and notation to front, and a small tape repair to fold separation on reverse, otherwise fine condition.
