One page, 7" x 9.5", black and white photograph signed "<I>9-14-89/ Best wishes/ Chris Barnard"</B></I>, in fine condition with minimal wear at corners. Postmarked envelope, 6.5" x 3.5", honors "<I>Those Who Fought Polio</B></I>", January 15, 1957, "<I>Michael E.
