Diamonds and Colored Stones are generally graded only as mounting permits observation. The weight of Diamonds and Colored Stones are estimated by formula and may not be completely accurate. The provisions of the Terms and Conditions supersede and extinguish all other agreements, representations or understandings, whether prior or contemporaneous, oral or written, between the parties concerning that subject matter.
