Contemporary certified copy of a transaction with Charles Brewer relative to a Fort Street lot, 1½pp, 12½x8&#34;, Honolulu, 15 June, 1852. Document contains a detailed description of the location of the lot and includes a blind stamp showing &#34;Capitol Building & Congress.&#34; Secretarial signatures for Kamehameha III and Keoni Ana. Keoni Ana &#40;John Young II&#41; was the son of John Young and the chiefess Kaonaeha. He succeeded Kekauluoki as Prime Minister &#40;1845-54&#41; and also served at various times as governor of Maui, Minister of the Interior and as a justice of the Supreme Court. Charles Brewer &#40;1804-85&#41; descended from a Brahmin Boston family with roots back to the Mayflower. He founded C.
