This is a complete luncheon set from Theodore Haviland. It consists of 12 luncheon plates (8.5"), 12 salad / dessert plates (7.5"), 12 soup / cereal bowls (7.5"), 11 berry bowls (4.5"), 11 butter pats (2"), 10 tea cups, 12 saucers, 1 serving platter (12"), 1 covered serving bowl (10.5"), 1 open serving bowl (10"), and one covered gravy boat with attached underplate. I consider this a luncheon set because it does not have the larger dinner plates, but it does include the serving pieces needed for dinner.

It is decorated with delicate pastel blues, pinks, and mauves, with soft green accents, embossed edges, and gold on the handles. I have tried to include enough photos to give you a feel for the delicacy of the pattern, although it is far from bland.

All of the pieces in this set are in excellent condition; many appear unused. Even the gold on the handles shows no sign of wear. There are no chips, cracks, dings, flea bites, hairlines, or any other types of damage on any of the pieces.

I have not been able to identify the pattern; it may be one that was never classified or numbered. However, it is possible to find pieces in this pattern on the internet, in case anyone wants to add to the set. The mark dates this set back to 1936 or earlier.

Entire sets of Haviland are hard to find today; it is especially difficult to find one in such a pretty pattern and such good condition.
