This is the first time we've offered a 9.8 copy of this issue. The cover colors are so vivid and slick, the comic appears laminated! The second issue of EC's oldest horror title (tied with <B>Crypt of Terror</B></I>) had the first appearance of the Old Witch and sterling art by Johnny Craig, Wally Wood, Jack Kamen, and Graham Ingels. Craig and Al Feldstein scripted the creepy stories, and Craig did the cover art. Overstreet 2006 NM- 9.2 value = $1,825.
