Letter to Edwin A. Elsbach. In part: “The answer to your question can only be given by the Bureau of Animal Industry of the Department of Agriculture at Washington. My impression is that State certificates such as you describe would not be accepted for interstate purposes. Address Dr. A. D. Melvin Chief of Bureau of Animal Industry—Washington, D.C. for exact information.” In fine condition, with intersecting folds, few light creases, and uniform toning.
