<B>Harry Truman Typed Letter Signed</B></I> “<I>Harry Truman</B></I>”. One page, 7.25” x 10.5”, on his personal letterhead, Kansas City, Missouri, September 21, 1955, to Mr. J. R. Baker, with the original transmittal envelope. Truman writes to Baker, President of the Current River Development Association. It reads in part: “…I am interested in the proper development of Missouri's rivers, particularly that of the Current River.
