<B>Harry Truman Typed Letter Signed as Senator</B></I> "<I>Harry S. Truman</B></I>". One page, 8" x 9.75", on United States Senate letterhead, Washington, November 16, 1944, to Dr. S. Loebenstein, Kansas City, MO. Senator Truman favors a constituent with an autograph. The letter reads in part: "I certainly appreciate your congratulations and good wishes. It was a great victory and gave us a solemn responsibility to win the war and the peace as quickly as possible."
