Excellent signed and inscribed President Harry Truman 8'' x 10'' color photo, signed on the mat. Photo depicts Truman at his desk in the Oval Office, with inscription on mat reading: ''Kindest regards to Ed Pierce / Harry S Truman''. Verso of mat is stamped ''U.S. ARMY PHOTOGRAPH'' and ''Signal Corps File No. C-1858...'' Photo, with one 5'' crease along bottom, is matted to an overall size of 11'' x 14''. Mat has minor toning, creasing and wear to corners. Very good condition.
