Truman.” Envelope also bears a May 19, 1947, New York, New York, Centenary International Philatelic Ex. Sta., postmark. A uniform shade of mild toning, thin mounting strip along top edge, and some light soiling and wrinkling, otherwise fine condition. A suitable and rare presidential franking.
