Garden City: Doubleday & Company, 1955. Hardcover with dustjacket, 6 x 8.5. The half-title page of the first volume is signed and inscribed in black fountain pen, “To Mildred & Jack Wolman, Kindest regards from Harry S. Truman, 9/3/62.” In very good condition, with pencil notations, scattered toning throughout both volumes, library stamping to the half-title page and small tear to the front hinge of the first volume, and clipped corner and pencil notations to half-title page of the second volume. The dustjackets show moderate toning, creasing, and light staining. Accompanied by a full letter of authenticity from PSA/DNA. RRAuction COA.
