Complete block of 50 US commemorative 3-cent postage stamps issued during the Truman administration for the National Capital Sesquicentennial, 9 x 10.25, numbered 24209, signed vertically along the right border in fountain by Harry S. Truman and Postmaster General Jesse M. Donaldson. Housed in a gilt-lettered black folder bearing the seal of the Post Office Department with lower right corner reading, "J. Howard McGrath, Attorney General." In fine condition. This special presentation folder was designed for each member of Truman's cabinet and other high government officials.
