Dust jacket has some chips/tears and creases along edges; yellowed; lightly rubbed and soiled. Accompanied by an unsigned first edition of The Free World and Free Trade, published by the Southern Methodist University Press, 1963, hardcover with slipcase, limited to 1000 copies.
