Original set of 2 Ministry of Magic ministerial wizarding register department forms used in the 'Harry Potter' fantasy film franchise.
Elicia Scales was a witch who the Ministry of Magic kept tabs on while it was under Death Eater control in 1997. Her file was signed by Chief Registration Authority F. L. Wakefield. This character was named after Elicia Scales, who worked as an archivist on Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1, and Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2.
Eduardo Lima is a Brazilian graphic artist who has worked on every Harry Potter and Fantastic Beasts film since Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban. He founded the graphic design company MinaLima Design along with fellow graphic artist Miraphora Mina. There are various minor characters throughout Harry Potter films in minor items such as books, newspapers and photographs, whose names are references to him including the form in this lot.
The series stars Daniel Radcliffe, Rupert Grint, and Emma Watson as the three leading characters: Harry Potter, Ron Weasley, and Hermione Granger.
