Made of what appears to be Hard Rubber with a steel core.

Original wand used by "Fleur Delacour", played by Clemence Poesy in the fantasy film 'Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire' (2005), directed by Mike Newell, where a young wizard finds himself competing in a hazardous tournament between rival schools of magic, but he is distracted by recurring nightmares.

The film stars Daniel Radcliffe as Harry Potter, with Rupert Grint as Ron Weasley, and Emma Watson as Hermione Granger.

Fleur Isabelle Weasley was a French quarter-Veela witch, one of the daughters of Apolline Delacour and her husband, the other daughter being the younger Gabrielle. Fleur attended Beauxbatons Academy of Magic. During the 1994-1995 school year, she was Beauxbatons' champion in the Triwizard Tournament. Fleur competed bravely, but the Tournament ended in tragedy with the murder of Cedric Diggory and the return of Lord Voldemort.

After the Second Wizarding War, she and Bill Weasley had three children; Victoire, Dominique, and Louis Weasley. She was awarded medals of bravery by both the French and British Ministries of Magic for her participation in the Battle of Hogwarts.
