Partly-printed DS, one page, 11.5 x 8.25, June 1, 1921. Stock certificate issued to Henry Doust, Jr., for five shares of capital stock in the Houdini Picture Corporation, signed at the bottom in black ink by Houdini as president of the company. Two vertical folds, one through a single letter of signature, staple hole to top corners some light creasing, and Houdini’s signature a shade light, otherwise fine condition. Following his two-picture stint in Hollywood, Houdini returned to New York and started his own film production company called the Houdini Picture Corporation. He produced and starred in two films, The Man from Beyond and Haldane of the Secret Service. Houdini would give up the picture business in 1923. Pre-certified PSA/DNA and RRAuction COA.
