Fine. Harrison authorizing the quartermaster to pay thirty-three dollars on account of David Harmon, who rode &#34;express from Dayton to Urbanna & from threre to Franklinton & St. Mary & Chillicoth for Genl. Wm. Harrison from the 14th to the 25 October 1812 11 days @ &#36;3….&#34; Detroit and Lake Erie were under British control at the time of this document.
