Harper’s Ferry U.S. percussion “Mississippi rifle”, bored to .58 cal., barrel cut back to 32”, brass barrel bands, trigger guard, patchbox and butt plate, sling swivels, wood stock. This gun is in overall good conditionshowing wear and a grey patina on the barrel with old erosion and pitting around the firing areas and an old sight dovetail on the right side of the barrel near the muzzle; iron ramrod, dark bore, good action;lockplate has sharp spread eagle, “U.S.”, “Harpers Ferry” and 1850 date; wood stock is overall good showing wear and scattered mars, scratches and old losses to edges; left side of butt stock shows old worn inscriptionthat appears to be “K EE 1852” and two additional illegible words; an old Harpers Ferry rifle with great character. Checkout Date & Times: You may checkout during the auction each day and at our business location after the auction. We are open Tuesday thru Friday 10:00 am to 5:00 pm and Saturday 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. Little John's will be closed the Friday after the auction. Preview on October 27th 7 28th 9:00 to 11:00 am each day.

Little John's will pay for packing and materials. Buyer pays actual costs of shipping and insurance. All International purchases will be sent to an exporter for shipment to foreign countries. International buyers agree to pay all cost incurred including all shipping, insurance, exporter fees, all custom and duty fees associated with shipment. Post 1898 firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee in your place of residence. All Federal, State and Local Regulations apply and MUST be strictly followed.
