The sallet style skull is of 2-piece welded construction with a 1-piece visor that is held in place with a spring loaded hook with a button release. The visor has a heart shaped piercing on the far left and far right and the articulating neck guard has heart shaped piercings at the top of the lames where they overlap. The sallet has a leather chinstrap with a buckle. The bevor is constructed of 2-pieces with rivets and spot welds and there is a falling buff with spring loaded button to hold it in place. The bevor fits over posts on the breast plate and is secured with a pin. The bevor has a small chain with a pin that fits through the holes to attach the bevor to the breastplate. The breastplate has heart and teardrop piercings at the top of the lames where they overlap. The rondels have spiral embossed patterns with circular piercings on round tabs at the outside edge. The elbow cops have long pointed cones extending outward that are spot welded in place. The top of the backplate lames have spade shaped open work and the greaves have Fleur-de-Lis shaped open work. Articulating mitten style gauntlets with heart piercings on the wrist area. The cod piece is plain and has a swiveling tab that fits into a rectangular hole. The sabatons have long detachable spikes. Underneath the harness is woven fabric that simulates chain mail. With a 99 inch tall 16th century style halberd with round wooden shaft. Stands 71 inches tall x 25 inches wide x 20 inches deep without halberd and has a wooden base that measures 20 inches tall x 23 inches wide x 21 inches deep. Very good, there are areas of discoloration and minor pitting overall. There are some scattered minor dings and cracks overall. The base is very good with some scattered dents and scratches overall. An attractive Gothic style harness of armor!
