<B>Harlan Ellison: Signed </B></I><B><I>The Deadly Streets: Tense Tales of Juvenile Terror</B></I></B></I> (New York: Ace Books, 1958), paperback, 192 pages, 16mo (6.25” x 4”). Harlan Ellison (b. 1934) is known primarily for his science-fiction, most notably his contributions to television classics such as <I>The Outer Limits</B></I> and <I>Star Trek</B></I>. Several of the juvenile tales included in this collection were originally published in periodicals during the mid-1950s. (Note the James Dean-like “hood” on the cover.) The title page is signed in full<I> “Harlan Ellison”</B></I>.
