This action-packed cover montage was based on the first episode of the famed TV series, created by Doug Wildey. In that show, two ships are destroyed by a mysterious beam of light in the Sargasso Sea and the U.S. government asks Dr. Benton Quest to investigate. Dr. Quest, accompanied by his son, Jonny, and their bodyguard, Race Bannon, soon discover that a foreign power is using the Sargasso Sea as a staging area to conduct laser experiments. America's Cold War foes plan to use their laser to down a rocket headed for the Moon, and only the Quest team can stop them. This thriller has been framed to an overall size of 25" x 19", and the art is in Excellent condition.
