The contract is between Hank Williams and Acuff-Rose Publications of Nashville, Tennessee, and is a royalty agreement for sheet music, broadcasting, and any foreign royalties. Hank Williams, Sr. was regarded as the greatest country artist ever. He was inducted into the Country Music Hall of Fame in 1961.
