Ownership
Ownership of merchandise will be of the highest bidder at the fall of the Auctioneer's hammer. The buyer will assume all risk and responsibility of the lot purchased once ownership has changed. The Auctioneer will determine highest bidder. The auctioneer alone has the right to reopen the bidding of an item if deemed necessary in a dispute. Owner has 3 business days to make payment and delivery arrangements on purchased lots.
Buyer Premium
A Low 10% buyers premium will be added to all successful eBay bids and is payable by the purchaser as part of the total purchase.
Payment
Acceptable payments include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, cashiers check, cash(In House Only), or money order(Bank). All payments must be received within 3 business days of Auction close.
Taxes
A 6.5% Florida Sales Tax will be collected from Buyers shipping to a Florida address unless Castle Designs Auctions has a copy of the purchaser's resale certificate and a completed tax exempt form.

Returns
All items purchased on Auction are non-returnable, non-refundable. Any items which are damaged in shipment must be handled by winning bidder and the trucking company directly. Damaged merchandise or buyers remorse are not grounds for credit card charge backs or stop checks.
Shipping
Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs and arrangements within 3 days of Auction End. Packing, shipping and insuring items is available from Castle Designs Auctions under a We will ship your items via the best possible method for a 5 % percentage of the total auction price (Winning Bid + Buyers Premium) to the trucking company's local terminal in your location. This will leave the winning bidder with only the local delivery or pick up to arrange Items will ship FOB Orlando and ownership of merchandise is taken by winning bidder at the time of the Auctioneer's hammer. Any damages as a result of shipping will be handled by the buyer and the shipping company directly and damage is not grounds for a credit card chargeback or stop check request. .
Residential White Glove Delivery Available for additional charge throughout the Continental United States. White Glove Delivery includes inside delivery and placement, limited set-up, and debris/packaging removal. Cost of White Glove Shipping will vary based on each lot and ship-to location.
