<B>Hammond, NY</B></I> - $10 1902 Plain Back Fr. 628 <B>The Citizens NB</B></I> Ch. # (E)10216<BR>Just five large notes are known from this one bank St. Lawrence County community, with this attractive specimen off the market since our consignor obtained it as part of the George Decker collection offering by NASCA in September of 1981. It's as nice or nicer than any other large note from here, grading <B>Very Fine</B></I> with clear pen signatures.
