Haida John Lancaster (b. 1960) & Others Sterling
The lot features three pieces of Haida, Northwest Coast sterling silver jewelry including a Haida John Lancaster piece, all of a vintage age.

The first piece is the necklace pendant or pin brooch signed "JL" by John Lancaster showing a traditional Haida pattern, likely a Salmon. John Lancaster was born in Alert Bay on Cormorant Island, BC on June 3, 1960 to his Kwakwaka'wakw (formerly Kwakiutl) mother and Caucasian father. He belongs to the Numpkish Band and began his career as an artist when he was only fifteen. This piece is in good condition with nice patina and measures 1.5" by 1.25".

Next is the Haida Northwest Coast Thunderbird or Eagle necklace pendant. The piece is stamped STERLING along with a maker mark and is signed "LW". The sterling silver pendant is in traditional Haida design and shows some nice patina, but overall good condition. The necklace loop has a brass coloring. 1.75" by 3/4".

Lastly is the Haida Northwest Coast jewelry piece with loop on the back. The piece appears to be sterling silver and shows a classic Haida pattern of a Bear animal figure. 1.25" by 5/8".

None of the pieces were tested.
