Canadian Haida Carved Frog Mask Pendant Necklace by Artie George of Burrard Reserve North Vancouver Canada, pendant measures 2.5''L x 1 5/8''W and is signed on the back, cord necklace measures 24''L end to end, the frog mask is a symbol of happiness and good common sense, Artie George is a member of the Coast Salish First Nations. Born in North Vancouver in 1970, he is from the Tsleil-Waututh Nation (Burrard Band). Artie began carving at the age of 13 and is mainly self-taught.
