A very fine cane with tau-shaped 1.75" high x 4.75" long hippo ivory handle. Below the handle is basket weave1.5" coin silver collar with shield medallion on front. Mounted to a knobby hardwood shaft with 1.25" nickel &steel ferrule. Total length 35.25".Short tight age lines in ivory, nice old patina(EST 300-400)
