***Auction Highlight*** 1794 Head Of '94 S-28 Flowing Hair large cent 1c Graded ms64 bn details By SEGS. Highlight of the Night – Up for Auction is a Stunning example of the 1794 Head of 1794 Liberty cap Large Cent, Sheldon 28 Variety, rarity 2. The coin has hard smooth planchet, a terrific strike and superb eye appeal. Steel Brown even color and no distracting marks throughout. It has a details designation because under high power you can see some hairlines. As far as eye appeal, the coin has it in abundance. The finest known in the variety is a single ms66 and after that is an ms64, I have included a picture of that ms64. I must say that the coin that holds the 2nd spot in the Noyes census is a full rival of our coin as far as eye appeal. The Sheldon 28 can easily be identified by a small planchet flaw opposite the 4th hair strand on the obverse, 8 strands total, and on the reverse, only 1 leaf opposite the I in AMERICA. It is the B/B Die State. I wish you luck in owing this superb early American copper rarity. A Corey's Pick, Bid to Win, Don't let it get Away, you might not find its equal Coin. I give this coin my highest recommendation
