"...thank you for your...memo of the Tonnage, but have not yet got that in respect to the tonnage of So[uth] Carolina. Can you also send me a statement of the exports to G[reat] Britain or rather to the United Kingdom of England, Scotland and Ireland, and the imports therefrom for the last 10 or 15 years?
