Partly-printed D.S. as Judge of Probate ""W. Heath"" 1p. legal folio, Massachusetts, Sept. 6, 1796, a legal appointment of an administrator of an estate. Boldly signed at bottom. Slight chipping to margins and a couple of pinholes at top, else very good, and a handsome example.
