<B>HB-97 EP-41 3¢ Dougan Choice About New.</B></I> About 70% of the original silvering remains on this piece, including some traces on the front of the case. The mica is perfect, and the stamp only slightly toned. This is easily the finest-condition Dougan that we have handled, and it's certainly one of the very finest known. All Dougan encasements are quite rare, with only a total of about 30 examples known for all denominations combined.
