.58 caliber, 33" round barrel with two bands, Maynard tape primer compartment, iron hardware, dated 1860, walnut stock. Together with an
unmarked saber bayonet that fits a Model 1855 Harpers Ferry rifle or Model 1841 "Mississippi" rifle that has been adapted to fit a saber bayonet. 21 3/4"l. blade, brass hilt, and brass and leather scabbard.
