H & R Arms Co. U.S. Model M-1 Garand semi-auto rifle, .30 cal., 24” barrel, Parkerized military finish, wood stock, #4709007. This gun is in overall very good condition showing the majority of its military finish on metal surfaces, sharp markings including “HRA D6535448 1 54 RS 27” on the right side of the barrel and “P” proof; good bore, crisp action, one sling swivel is missing (front), checkered steel butt plate with compartment for cleaning kit; very good stock with no visible cartouches and just a few scattered nicks and mars from carry and storage. Accompanied with a 1943 dated bayonet by U. F. H. with U.S. and flaming bomb. Est.: $600-$1,200.
