G. Peter - Original Illustration of Wonder Woman (undated).</B></I> When you look back on comic book history its easy to forget that even famous creators have nieces and nephews who, like everyone else, were enamored with their famous comic book heroes. When psychologist William Marston (under the pen name Charles Moulton) needed someone to realize his Amazonian princess he turned to artist Harry G. Peters and together they created Wonder Woman, who first appeared in <B>All-Star Comics</B></I> #8 in 1941. This undated original watercolor sketch of Wonder Woman is in excellent condition, with "To Suzy from Grand Uncle Harry" written at the top. Obviously, this treasure was drawn by the master for his own niece and it's a lovely rendering of Diana Prince in glorious action. The overall size of this pen and ink and watercolor on illustration paper is approximately 13" x 14". <B>Estimate: $2,000-up</B> </FONT></TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE></TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE><BR><!--<a name="PricesRealized"></a> <table width="100%" border="0" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0" bgcolor="#000000"> <tr> <td width="100%"> <table width="100%" border="0" cellspacing="1" cellpadding="3"> <tr> <td width="100%" bgcolor="#79735C"> <a name="PR"> <font face="arial" size="3" color="#FFFFFF"> <b>Previous Prices from Heritage Auctions</b> </td> </tr> <tr> <td bgcolor="#F6F6ED"> No Prior Data Recorded </td> </tr> <tr> <td bgcolor="#FFFFFF"> <font face="arial" size="1""> PLEASE NOTE: All prices realized reflect the final hammer price PLUS the buyer's premium in auctions that charge a buyer's premium.
