Gwyn & Campbell Civil War .52 caliber breech loading carbine, blue and case hardened finish, cartouche wood stock, serial #2510. The barrel shows 75-85% evenly thinning and toning blue finish, with some light erosion and normal age just starting. The frame shows 30-50% case hardening drifting to silver and brown with some minor erosion and pinprick pitting just starting. The stock is very good plus showing sharp WHR cartouche, some minor storage marks, slight storage, normal age. Very good plus to near fine overall. The rear of the comb near the buttplate is stamped “RKW”. The butt shows traces of finish within a patina. The markings are sharp, there are some slight scratches on the bottom of the barrel, the action tight, the bore near excellent and bright. Est: $1,500 - $3,000

Little John's will pay for packing and materials. Buyer pays actual costs of shipping and insurance. All International purchases will be sent to an exporter for shipment to foreign countries.
