This handsome gouache on board landscape illustration was discovered in the <I>Random House Archives</B></I>, (along with many other pieces), and was slated for a project titled in production notes as "Arabian Nights." Although painted in a different style than the illustrations published in Tenggren's 1957 <B>Golden Tales of the Arabian Nights</B></I>, one of the illustrations was stamped with Tenggren's name.
