The extract from the Troy Times contains a part of an address I made in Jan. 1898…I have lately seen small parts of the address published which, standing alone, have been used, purposely or inadvertently, to misrepresent my position.” In fine condition. Accompanied by the original mailing envelope addressed in Cleveland’s hand.
