A beautifully engraved naval commission issued to Isaac S. K. Reeves as "Chief Engineer in the Navy with the relative rank of Lieutenant". Countersigned by Secretary of the Navy Hilary A. Herbert. Top and bottom ornately engraved with nautical scenes.
