Group of Pulls
Lions head have always been a favorite of hardware designers. Here is a group of drawer and cupboard pulls that date from the turn of the 20th Century and before. The largest pair with rings is cast from soft metal and measure 2.75" x 2". The smallest lion with a ring is cast from bronze and measures 1" x 1". The two flat faces are probably for furniture decoration, and one is gilded. The two pulls receive threaded posts that extend through the front of a drawer.
