Large Cents Group of Four Large Cents, 1794-1831. <b>1794 S-57 R1 AG3+. The obverse is G4 with a clear date. The reverse a bit weaker, about half the legend readable. Glossy reddish chocolate with light brown highpoints. 1803 S-250 R2 VG10. Sharpness VF25 but the obverse is covered with very fine granularity and there are a half dozen shallow pit marks on the upper reverse. Dark olive and steel brown. 1817 N-8 R2 F15. Ten points sharper with some microscopic roughness. Rather glossy dark olive brown. MDS. 1831 N-12 R1 VF30. Sharpness EF40 but covered with a thin coat of lacquer and there is a small planchet crack in the rim at star 13, as struck. Glossy chocolate brown. MDS.
