Group of Brocade Hardware
The Brocade pattern was introduced by P. F. Corbin in the 1880s and was an immediate hit with new homeowners. In this lot we offer a passage knob, an entry door back plate, an entrance lock with matching keeper, and an interior keyhole escutcheons. Note that the plate is missing the keyhole swing cover. Everything is in excellent condition except for the keyhole escutcheon which is not worn but had a rough time when it was pulled off the door. It is bent but still very usable. Every piece retains a nice old color.

2. Discuss with the auctioneer their competency for removing architectural salvage, and present a plan for safe and timely removal.
3. Sign a waiver of liability with the auctioneer and the owner of the building.
4. Complete the removal of the material according to the agreed schedule and salvage plan.
5. Make full payment for all winning lots before any material is removed from the building.
