Griffin & Howe custom bolt action rifle, .30-06 cal., 26” barrel, blue finish, deluxe checkered wood stock, sling swivel eyelets, receiver mounted Lyman adjustable rear sight, checkered steel butt plate with bullet trap (containing part of Lyman sight removed to accommodate mounted Zeiss scope with Griffin & Howe quick release mounts. This gun is in overall fine condition showing the majority of its custom mat black finish, fine bore, crisp action, sharp markings and fine deluxe wood stock with beautiful graining, dark wood accent fore end cap and metal semi-pistol grip end plate. The optics of the Zeiss scope are very good; just the type of high quality rifle you would expect to be in the collection of the late Robert E. Petersen. From the Petersen Trust. Est.: $3,500-$7,000.
