<B>Greenville, IL</B></I> - $20 1902 Plain Back Fr. 653 <B>The Bradford NB</B></I> Ch. # 9734<BR>This private named bank was started in 1867 by James and Samuel Bradford. It was organized as a national bank in April 1910 by John S. Bradford. It is still in business today with its original national bank name. Today the main bank is located on property originally owned by Samuel Bradford. This <B>Very Fine</B></I> $20 with original surfaces displays a large bottom selvage that exhibits BEP workmen's initials and a large portion of the paper guide line arrow. The added bonus of this note is that it is pen signed by Myrtle T. Bradford as president. She was the widow of John S. Bradford and she was the president only from July 1925 to January 1926.
