It is an aesthetically appealing <B>Very Fine</B></I> with especially vivid officers' signatures and it is free from any distractions inconsistent with the assigned grade. Brown Backs retain their eye appeal to a greater extent than other types of Nationals regardless of their degree of circulation and this note is no exception as it appears far nicer than its purely technical grade might imply.
