This issue's a strong candidate for the title of "first Bronze Age comic." It's Neal Adams' first issue as penciler of the title, teaming up with another Young Turk in writer Denny O'Neil. This was the first issue to give Green Arrow co-star billing, and it began a classic run of "socially relevant," and more importantly, "extremely enjoyable" stories. Overstreet 2006 NM- 9.2 value = $520.
