The origin of Green Lantern is retold here, with art by Martin Nodell. Howard Purcell contributed the cover art. You don't often see a <I>Golden</B></I> Age key signed by its creator, but this first issue is signed by Nodell inside (as is their policy, CGC did not authenticate the autograph). CGC notes, "'Martin Nodell '90' written on 1st page in pen." Overstreet 2006 VF/NM 9.0 value = $41,000; NM- 9.2 value = $58,000.
